Terms and Conditions

 

Incorrect Delivery Details:

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the customer enters the incorrect or incomplete address and goods are delivered to the wrong address, we are under no obligation to issue a refund or send replacement goods. If goods are returned to us if they have been sent to the wrong address we are not obliged to re-send at our expense, however, a refund will be offered less the postal expense.

 

Delivery Delays:

Elite Extensions shall not be liable for delay or failure to send deliveries. Sometimes issues outside of our control may effect post. Such as postal strikes – royal mail delays or weather conditions.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

If an item is unsuitable you may return to Elite Extensions if the items are unopened. All postage costs must be paid by the buyer for the return of items. If an exchange is required the buyer must pay all postage costs for the postage of the new item.  No returns will be accepted after 28 days of delivery date. All hair returned for exchange must be in the original packaging and unopened otherwise we cannot refund the item.

Please send all exchanged/refunded items via a recorded/trackable delivery method as we are not responsible for any packages that are not received. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. We DO NOT accept any responsibility for goods not returned to us.

We will not investigate any issues of quality if hair has been dyed, chemically treated or altered in any way such as tinted. We also reserve the right to refuse to refund or investigate hair that has been damaged by chlorine or over styling. We will not issue credit notes for any hair which has been taken from the original bundles supplied, picked, cut or washed. We will happily exhange incorrect colour matched hair for the correct colour for you if products are returned unaltered in any way.

If hair extensions appear faulty due to quality issues, the fault must be reported to us within  1 week of the purchase date due to human hair being a consumable item during wear. We require any faulty hair back in full for testing and examination.

Hair must be received by us within 7 days of the reported date before any further damage can occur. If no fault is present, or the hair has been damaged in any way by the customer due to poor application or aftercare, the goods will be returned to the customer and we will not refund or replace the goods.

We insist on the use of our own brand hair care products on all of our extensions. We refuse the right for a refund if our products have not been used to maintain the hair correctly. Proof of purchase must be given. Elite Extensions range of shampoos, conditioners and aftercare products must be used on our hair to maintain quality, otherwise we cannot guarantee the quality of the hair.

We recommend only our specifically designed hair care products to help maintain the life of your hair extensions. Refunds or exchanges given for faulty hair extensions will only be given to the equivalent or value of hair received by us. By accepting these T&C’s when registering and purchasing goods from Elite Extensions you agree to abide by our Terms & conditions of Sale.

 

Training Terms and Conditions:

All courses require a non refundable £100 booking deposit – this secures your course date. We cannot secure a date without this deposit.

Courses are to be paid in full on the morning of the course. Failure to make payment will mean the course will need to be rescheduled.

Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will be refunded minus deposit.

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will be refunded 50% minus deposit.

Cancellations made less than 7 days will not be refunded.
